Twins Blessing

We were able to bless the twins while my parents were here. They were so cute, we put them in the outfits that my family sent to them. I loved it they looked so cute. I don't know what it was but I am still nerves taking them anywhere for another 3 week. Then they can have there shots and medication. So when we went to church we did the blessing and then left right after. Kit was able to bless Rowen and my Dad blessed Burgen. They were such good little babies and didn't even make a peep. It was so crazy being at church and almost taking up a whole row. Man our family grew so fast, we are so blessed.
Here are some more pictures from the blessing.
The boys in their blessing outfits, Burgen on the Left and Rowen on the Right Mikyn and Carsen in their new outfits.
The Grandparents and 1/2 or their grand kids, we are so proud to say.

Thanks to all for your love and support.

Christmas 2009

We had such a good Christmas this year. This is the babies in their Christmas Pj's. It is so fun you can't tell them apart when they have their hats on. The kids got so many things, Mikyn loved her Dorthy dress, Carsen loved all his trains, and the boys got lots that they needed, so mom could pack them around.
We had so much fun with My Mom and Dad here this year.
We haven't had a Christmas together with the kids. And they will never know how much they helped us with All of them.
The kids had so much fun opening presents, that sometime they would just start opening them and we wouldn't know who's they were.

When we were all done at our house we went to kits parents to open more gifts.

We had so much fun, I don't know when we are ever going to get back together like this again for Christmas. But I do know I will always remember it. I am truly going to miss my Mom and Dad so much.

More Christmas

We got out of the house the other day and went to see Christmas Lights the kids liked it for the fist hour. Then after that Carsen kept saying I want to go home. It was fun though!
I got the cutest shower gift from my Mom, she gave me two sets of the 12 socks for Christmas. This is the babies with all of them. They are so much fun to put a new pare on everyday.
Also the kids are getting the 12 days of Christmas. This is them on the 3rd day. They got new hats and mittens. They were so excited to get a new treat everyday. It also helps hold them off from wanting to open the presents under the tree. We just love Christmas. I just loved this picture this is what you look like when you live in South Carolina for Christmas. Hats, Gloves, and Flip Flops. Funny ha.

Only 9 more days tell Christmas we are so excited!

We Saw Santa Clause

This was the first year we didn't have any crying kids seeing Santa. Mikyn and Carsen went with there Grandma and Papa Thames to see Santa.

Mikyn and Carsen were so excited. Mikyn told Santa all she wanted was a poney. And Carsen wanted a Choo Choo Train. This has been such a fun year so far. Carsen asks every day if it is Christmas. He can't wait to have Santa come. And we also have our two newest members of the family that are such a joy to have around. It is going to be the best Christmas ever. It is so fun to say that every year. They just keep getting better and better.

Thanksgiving

We had so much fun for Thanksgiving. The night before the kids set a turkey trap to try and catch Mr. Turkey. They almost got him this year but, Mr. Turkey gave them a good treat to eat. Grandma Airplane taught them how to blow the turkey feathers in the air. They thought it was so cool. Maybe next year we will catch Mr. Turkey.
We made some pumpkin pie...And found it with a big hand print in it. I asked the kids who did it and Carsen said, "I did." Then I asked him why and he said, "I wanted to taste it." I couldn't stop laughing. then I asked him if it was good. and he said, "very good." He is so funny.
The kids also made some turkey rice crispie treats. Which were so good.
We had such a good Thanksgiving, and are getting ready for Christmas!

Our new additions to the family!

This is me the Monday before we had the babies. I thought it will only help. Rowens first night home...Mikyn is the best big sister. She comes home from school gets all cleaned off and then asks can I hold the babies. She does such a good job and gets so excited to change a diaper.
First night with all the kids. We had so much fun, they all love each other so much.
The twins love sleeping in the same blanket together. And they will sleep for a good 3-4 hours.
We took some good pictures of them today.
It is so much fun...
They have the cutest little spirits...
Grandma Airplane helps out so much. I don't know how I would have done it without her.
More fun pictures...
And this is all of the Boys...They are now taking over the house.
We are so grateful for our full house. And the love we all have for each other. Thanks to everyone for all your love and support.

Babies are here!

November 12, 2009, We just got to the hospital and were getting ready to have the twins. We got there and within 2 hours we were getting ready to deliver.
We had Baby A Rowen Jax Thames at 4:58 he was 5lb and 12 oz 19 inches long.Baby B Burgen Christopher Thames, arrived at 4:59 he was 5 lb 11 oz, and 19 1/4 inch long. This is Burgen in the Nicu, he was having a hard time breathing, but was doing good. It is never fun seeing your cute little baby all hooked up to all the monitors. It brakes your heart. He was a trooper. We are so proud of him. This was the first time we were able to see the babies together. They looked so much alike. But Burgen has a cute little birth mark on his head so we will be able to tell them apart for a while.

This is there cute beds. My mom got them both sock monkeys for when they were born. This is my babies...The boys are now taking over the house. This is Rowen in his Go Cock hat. He is such a proud dad. This is our fist night home. We weren't able to bring Burgen home. But we had a good time with Rowen. Burgen came home the next morning at 10:00am were were so excited to have our family all together.

We will be posting more pictures soon.
