Happy 28th Birthday Mom!

Well I had such a wonderful birthday. I turned 28 on my 28th week with the twins. Not many people can say that. Well the day started off normal me and the kids for most of the day. They remembered it was my birthday and kept singing Happy Birthday Mommy it was so cute. Then the said, "We have to get ready for moms birthday." "How do we do that? " We had to put up the Happy Birthday Banner, then they were happy. Kit ended up surprising us and coming home early. It was so nice to spend some time with him for a few hours. We then had our good friends over for dinner we made Omletos, and a very good football game.

The kids had so much fun playing together.

And Carolina came up on top with a very good win!

I got the coolest camera for my birthday. I needed one for when the twins get here so I can take some good pictures. Thanks everyone for all the Birthday wishes, wonderful gifts, and the a great Birthday.

28 weeks...only 6-9 to go!

We are getting so excited and nerves and anything else you can think of...We are so excited the babies are doing good and growing so well. I am now 28 weeks and the babies rival a good-size cabbage in weight, tipping the scales this week at 3 pounds. (Length: about 15 3/4 inches, head to heel.) It is so amazing how for the babies every day and every week count.

We are so excited to have Grandma Airplane come and stay with us for a while. It has been allot harder getting around the past few weeks and we are so grateful for her and Grandpa for letting us take her for a while.
This is Kit and the kids this morning. Dad was able to stay home and head to church as a family. It is hard sometimes when he has all of his meetings, but we are proud what he does for us.

We head to the Doctor on the 30th for another ultrasound to check the weight and placenta of the babies. We will keep everyone updated. Thanks everyone for your help!

Mikyn's First day of 4K

We started the day off with a special breakfast of blueberry muffins. Mikyn calls them cupcakes. That is what she wanted on her big day.Then we got ready and we were off to school. Mikyn was so excited and couldn't believe that the day had finally come. I love when kids do the fake smiles. I told them to smile big and this is what I got.

When we picked Mikyn up she was so cute. She was standing outside with her class, she looked so big and cute. I am such a proud mom. Today wasn't as hard as last year for her first day ever, but I am always happier when I have them home with me. We are so proud of you Miky!

Dentist

We went to the dentist today and all was wonderful. Both kids had ZERO cavities. We got up and went to pick up Grandma Thames, and we were off. We got to the dentist office and Mikyn was first. They did her first cleaning and checkup. She sat there so good and when they were done she was so excited to have sparkly teeth. The Dentist came in for her check up and counted all her teeth, when she was done she got a goodie bag with lots of neat things to keep there teeth clean. Carsen was next he didn't want to go he kept saying he was scared. But after he saw what Mikyn got in her goodie bag he sat on Moms lap and let the Dentist check his teeth. They don't do a Cleaning until they are 3-4 so next time. But they said both of there teeth looked good and we don't have to go back for 6 months. What a good start to our day!
