Thames Twins 11 weeks and 3 days
Well I went to the doctor today and we had a great visit everything is going well with the twins. I wasn't far enough along to hear the heart beat, but the doctor wanted to make sure they were doing ok. I took a DVD just in case and then it was needed. He wanted me to have an ultrasound to see if the baby's are doing ok. And they look GREAT!!! Baby A was measured at 12 weeks and 6 Days and Baby B was measured at 11 Weeks and 6 Days. The heart beats were doing great!
The lady giving the ultrasound said we have two very active baby's, and that is a good thing. Baby A is on top, you can see it's profile and baby B is on bottom looking up and all curled up. We are so glad they are doing good and growing well. We can't wait to hold them I only hope that it is full term so they are as healthy as they can be! Thanks for all your love and support.

Mikyn Got her Ears Pierced
Well she did it my little Mikyn got her Ears Pierced. I was so scared at first because they didn't have anyone there to do them both at the same time but she didn't care. Mikyn said, "Mom I think I can do it." I think I was more scared than she was.
She picked out white gold earrings with pink sparkles. They are so cute. Then it came down to getting the wholes punched. I reminded her that it was going to hurt and when she does one she has to do the other side. She said, "I can do this mom." He put the first hole in and she said, "mom that hurt...I know Mikyn but we have to do the other side. Hold still!" She held very still and didn't move. She didn't even cry, She gets that from her mom!
She loved it when she looked in the mirror and saw her holes in her ears we had to go straight over to Mama and Papa's house to show them.
Still today she is so happy and loves her ears. We are so proud of our big girl.
Kit and I were deciding that if she took it bad then if we had another girl we would just get them done why she is a baby. But now we know if they want it done bad enough they will sit through it. What a big girl.

Mikyns Birthday!
Well my little Mikyn is now 4 years old. I can't believe it. Well we started off her 4th Birthday with her last day of 3K We got there and had a wonderful breakfast they passed out Certificates and Toys for each of the kids. 
We then were able to come home and call our grandma airplane and Mikyn opened her presents.
Grandma and Grandpa Airplane gave her the cutest dress ever she loves it. She wore it all day and Danced around everywhere she went.
We then Asked her what she wanted for dinner and she wanted a hamburger and french fries, with some Ice cream of coarse. Then we came home and played games. The cutest frog game you could ever play Carsen did so good with his colors. Mikyn had such a good birthday and loved being the birthday girl. Thank you all for all your love and support!

Mikyns Birthday Party!
Mikyn has been talking about her Birthday party for a long time. All she wanted was Strawberry shortcake,and holes in her ears for pink harts! I thought she would stop with the whole ear ring thing but she hasn't. We are going to get her ears done next Friday or Saturday.
She had some of her friends over for dinner and cake!
She loved all her presents!
We had a jump arround for the kids to jump in. They also played on the swing set! While the grown up just hung out for a while!
Well she is almost 4 years old I can't believe it.
I can't believe how fast they grow up!

8 weeks
This is a funny picture but I just wanted to show my belly. I am 8 weeks and counting. I look like I am about 4 months for a normal pregnancy. What can you expect with Two? Any way I am doing better when it comes to being sick I know when I am hungry I need to eat, if I don't I am sick and then it makes me miserable the rest of the day. I am eating about every 2 hour on the dot. Kit tells me I am going to eat us out of house and home. I believe him, I have never ate this much in my whole life. I am getting a bit more sleep at night, besides the 1 or 2 trips to the bathroom. My mom has been sending me a whole bunch of articles on Twins and the thing that keeps sticking out to me is that we will go through 940-1400 Diapers in the first 60 days! Kit and I thought we were doing good with buying a pack a month and now we need to buy about 3-4 packs a month. It is going to be a lot of work, time and money but it is all going to be worth it.
The kids are so excited about the Babies. Grandpa Thames is going to be making Mikyn and Carsen a Bunk bed in the next few months so then they can start learning to sleep together before the babies get here. Also then Carsen won't feel like they took over his room. I think they are going to enjoy being together for now. Yesterday at church a little girl in Mikyn's sunbeam class said, my mom is going to have a baby. Mikyn said, "oh ya my mom is having 2 babies" I thought it was so funny. Her mom told me she heard a roomer and was wondering if it was true. I said, "It probably is" Then she told me what the girls were talking about and that is how she found out. We are so excited to be having twins we just need to keep them in my belly as long as we can so they will be as healthy as they can!
