Happy Halloween

We had such a fun Halloween....

We had Pumpkin pancakes....Played outside and had our picture taken in our Halloween Costumes.... Carsen loved flapping his wings....

And he already knows how to say Trick or Treat....

Mikyn was so excited to get more candy after her party at school....

We also were able to go to the beach.....The kids loved it so much....
They loved getting in the water....

Carsen loved playing in the sand.......
Mikyn loved finding shells....Then it was time for trick or treating...

We went to Broadway at the Beach, the kids have gone there every year they could trick or treat. At five o'clock all the store employees go out and stand by there doors, and pass out candy, it only takes about a half and hour and then they have plenty. And it is so nice for they kids they don't have to walk very far.

Carsen and Korbin ate there candy as they went. Mikyn saved every peace she got. We had so much fun. We can't wait tell next year!

PUMPKINS

We went to pick out our pumpkins at the Pumpkin Patch....Today we had so much fun carving them.... Mikyn named her pumpkin Jack....Korbin's pumpkin name is Kit...

Carsen's is Frank...

And tonight after family home evening we went outside and lit them up for the first time.
We love our pumpkins....

Carsen's Birthday Party

Carsen had his Birthday party... He Had a Thomas CakeBread bowls and soup...

With Lots of treats and cookies....We opened lots of presents...

He got so many new toys...And his grandma and grandpa Thames made him the coolest toy box to put them all in.... It has a train track on top of the toy box....

With lots of train stickers...

He had so much fun thanks to all of our family and friends for helping it become such a fun day for Carsen. We love you all!

Mikyns Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Mikyn went on her first Field Trip for School. She went to the pumpkin patch. And learned so many things. She learned that a pumpkin grows from a tiny pumpkin seed.
She also learned how cotton grows and how we use if for our clothes. And saw the root of a corn carnal.
We were able to sing songs that they learned at school about the pumpkins. And heard some scary Halloween stories!
She had cookies and apple juice.
Played on the playground!
And went on a walk through the pumpkin patch. She said her pumpkins name is Jack!
We had so much fun at the pumpkin patch!

Our Cabinets are finished!!!

Well We finally finished our cabinets and they make our front room look so good. We put all of our books in the bottom cupboards and it makes our front room look so clean when you cant see all of them out in the open.

Once we finish building our entertainment center, we are going to have a place for all of our church books and DVD's, and then we will put all the kids puzzles and some of their toys into the bottom cupboards. It is so much fun to get and make new things for our home to make it our own. It is now starting to look like a family house and not a teenage dorm. Hope all is going well with everyone.

GO COCK PANCAKES

Well we started a tradition that before every Gamecock game we make Lucky Go Cock Pancakes.Every time we put a drop of red food coloring in our badder, we say "Go Cocks."
When ever dad is home from work Mikyn and Carsen know it is Go Cock Day!

We are so excited for HALLOWEEN....

Mikyn is Snow White, & Carsen is a Rooster

Mikyn thought when we dressed up to take pictures that it was time to go Trick or Treating! She Loves holidays so much. We bought those jells that you put in the windows, and when we put them up today the kids were so excited they were jumping up and down. Mikyn and Carsen took turns getting picked up and placing them on our front door.

We are so excited for Gerryn and Korbin (Timmy) are coming and as soon as they get here we are going to the pumpkin patch to get us some pumpkins. Every time we drive by pumpkins Mikyn Reminds us not tell Timmy and Gerryn come. We hope everyone is doing good and getting ready for Halloween!
